ow365 Terms and Conditions

1.1 — Introduction to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ow365 ("Company", "we", "us") and each individual who uses our online platform ("User", "Member", "you"). ow365 is a trusted online casino and sports betting platform providing services to players in Bangladesh.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. ow365 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 — Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time via live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, however active bonuses will be cancelled. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in cases of terms violations or suspicious activity.

3.1 — Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into ow365, use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. You must use a payment account registered in your own name only — third-party payments will not be accepted and will be returned. Deposits are usually processed instantly, though some delays may occur due to banking issues.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made. Withdrawals may be limited until any active bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled. ow365 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for review of suspicious transactions.

3.3 — Transaction Limits and Monitoring

ow365 monitors transactions to ensure financial security. If an unusual or suspicious transaction pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for review. As part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, additional verification may be required for transactions above a certain amount.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for this bonus. A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds must be used in place of real money until wagering is completed.

The ow365 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. The tier progression and cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is provided as a bonus and applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled. The Company reserves the right to change VIP terms.

5.1 — Fair Play Policy

ow365 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Our platform uses third-party audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in immediate account closure.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Playing with the intent of bonus arbitrage or bonus manipulation.
• Any attempt to hack or tamper with game software or the platform.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in offensive or harassing behavior toward other members.

5.3 — Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error or disconnection, ow365 will attempt to resume the game from where it left off where possible. If this is not possible in some cases, the wagered amount will be refunded. If an incorrect amount is paid out due to a programming error, the Company reserves the right to recover the excess amount paid.

6.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

7.1 — Service Limitations

ow365 provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform, error-free operation, or specific outcomes. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

7.2 — Third-Party Software

7.3 — Liability for Gaming Losses

ow365 aims to provide all communications for players in Bangladesh in English. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions of the terms, the Bengali version will take precedence.

9.1 — Self-Exclusion Feature

Any member may choose to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period of time. Contact us via live chat to request self-exclusion. Any attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period will be considered a breach of these terms.

9.2 — Protection of Minors
